Edu-Mail Acceptable Use Policy
By using our Edu-Mail email listserv program, you agree to comply with our acceptable usage policy as follows:
Illegal Usage
Edu-Mail may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information or material in violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, intellectual property right used without proper authorization; and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links include: pirated software, music, or hackers programs. Go Design Web, LLC will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Illegal Activity
Promotion of adult oriented sites or materials is prohibited, as are emails that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. Any information that promotes illegal activity or conveys content that may be damaging, or links to such materials, are also prohibited.
Breaking the Rules
The consequence for failure to follow the Terms of Use is immediate account deactivation. Go Design Web LLC will be the sole arbiter as to what defines a violation of the Terms of Use.
